Mints a short-lived token the browser presents to the relay pool to continue an existing chat-origin session from the console composer. Requires continuation authorization, un-purged content, a daemon that can still serve the session content (its recorder, or a live member of the shared store it was written to), and continuation-capable daemon and relay pool.
