Command a daemon to install a target version via its CLI, then drain and relaunch onto it. The 202 returns the opened lifecycle op (with its id) and only means the daemon accepted the command; success is confirmed when it re-registers on the new version — track the op by id via the fleet read model’s lifecycleOp.
